We’re sorry to see you go, but we believe in full transparency and user control.

To delete your Tabi account and associated personal data, please follow the steps below:

🛠 How to Request Deletion

To permanently delete your account:

1. Send an email to tabiwellbeing@gmail.com

2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”

3. Include the email address or social login you used to sign up with Tabi

We’ll process your request within 14 business days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

🧾 What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

✅ Deleted:

• Your personal profile (name, age, preferences)

• Your goals, tasks, insights, and app usage data

• Your access to premium features (if applicable)

🗃️ Temporarily retained (for legal/accounting purposes):

• Non-identifiable analytics (e.g., anonymized usage stats)

• Referral rewards (if applicable) — retained for 30 days post-deletion

⏳ Data retention period: We keep limited anonymized data for analytics for up to 30 days. After that, it is purged.
